Personal Design & Production

For your gown to be designed and produced by me the process will start preferably a year before your chosen wedding day, but it is possible to start later. Please enquire about the possibilities.

I will discuss with you your wishes and ideas, in either the comfort of your own home or with the enjoyment of coffee or tea with biscuits at ARDutch Couture.*

My aim is to ensure you of enough choice of designs, exclusively made for you and can help you with deciding on fabrics. So that in the end you have your personal wedding gown, within your budget as well.

Once the design is choosen a toille (test piece) is made to your

  measurements in calico. This will ensure not only the

  right fit, but also gives an impression of what your

  gown will be like. At this this stage, changes can still

  be made.

  On the morning of your big day, I will be there

  with you, to iron your dress and help you with

  getting in your dress, to ensure the gown will

  compliment you at it's best.

  This service will make you feel like a true bride!

  For the bride and groom to match their best,

  as a gift I will produce a handmade tie for the

  groom in the same fabric as the gown. The tie loop

on the back will have your names and wedding date stitched on.

*Unfortunatly coming to ARDutch isn't weelchair friendly, due to this I offer the service to take place in your home, that is all the fittings etc. Taking the worries of travel from you.
